Michael A. Burton has practiced law for more than twenty-five years and worked as a certified public accountant at Price Waterhouse in Columbus for five years. Michael and his family have resided in Wapakoneta since 1995. Michael’s practice focuses on administration of estates; Medicaid and elder law planning; commercial, probate and domestic litigation; real estate (commercial, residential and family); and municipal law. Michael also devotes significant time to tax and debt resolution matters. Michael serves on the Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
Adam D. Johnson began working as an associate attorney for Jauert & Burton in 2019 after serving as a clerk at the law firm during law school. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Bowling Green State University in 2016 and graduated cum laude from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2019. His practice focuses on real estate, estate and business planning, municipal law, Medicaid planning and tax matters.
